Deborah Yemi-Oladayo is the Managing Director of Proten International. Having worked in the Aviation sector, Advertising, and as an independent HR consultant, Deborah has a wealth of experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Strategic HR Management, Performance Management amongst other HR functions.

She is a strategic business partner who has successfully redesigned processes, managed outsourced employees, designed and implemented policies, set up HR Units, and managed hundreds of employees.

Deborah is skilled in strategy design and implementation. She has led strategy teams on organizational development. Her HR advisory skills span across Culture Definition and Alignment, Organizational transformation, HR Audit, HR policies and process development.

Deborah is a graduate of English and Literary Studies, has a Master’s Degree in Employment and Labour Studies from the University of Lagos, a certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School, is currently completing a professional certification in Strategy and Planning from Lagos Business School and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).
